Broccoli microgreens are packed with flavour and are often chosen for their nutritional benefits. They have a mild, fresh taste with a slight peppery note, making them perfect for salads, sandwiches, wraps, smoothies, soups and garnishes.

These young shoots are harvested just days after germination, when they are at their most tender and nutrient-dense.

How to use:
